I usually ship the items 2 days after the live show. But due to the holiday (Presidents’ Day) the post office was closed. So I did ship them the following day. As for the envelope being broken I do apologize I did not think that would happen. But I did make sure the items were secured enough. I hope to have you back as a customer. My items were removed from the one touch casings purchased and placed into a top loader with no sleeve, many recieved dinged corners and scratches across the card. Terrible seller, do not recommend.
