The bag was not accurately represented during the sale, and the sellers did not disclose that it had been repainted. I only discovered this after opening the COA and comparing its original photos to the bag I received. The COA photos showed significant corner wear that was not disclosed or apparent during the sale, to the point that I initially thought I received the wrong bag.
I reached out to the sellers and gave them an opportunity to make things right, but received no response. I ultimately had to escalate the issue to Whatnot Support.
I understand sales are final, but that should never mean withholding important condition or restoration details.
