The card was shipped in a penny sleeve inside of a cardboard holder, but the card was able to move out of the sleeve during shipping. More importantly, the card was misrepresented in the listing. The seller described it as “not a perfect card,” but also referred to it as a big card, which I took to mean it was somewhere around LP to LP-. The card actually has significant damage, and none of that damage was disclosed before the sale or even remotely shown during the stream.
I understand cards aren’t always going to be perfect, but this was not a minor condition issue. The lack of disclosure and the way the card was presented made it impossible to make an informed decision before bidding. In my opinion, this was gross negligence on the seller’s part.Card condition was shown fully before the auction starts, as with every card sold, no lack of disclosure was presented. Buyer bid without noting the condition shown on screen, in other words, bid irresponsibly. Thank you so much for the givvy. Packaged came quickly. Not much more to say, this guy is the goat /users%2F16859948%2Fstore%2F9273c185-5f5e-4452-a15b-c88a66f21092.jpeg)
