A good seller would reach out and see how to help to change a bad experience to good and to change the review. But you just block me. That’s admitting to doing something wrong in my eye. I’m a very reasonable person but to just block me isn’t a good look. I have reached out. And honestly I put so much time and effort to make people happy and ensure I give the best service. To be underappraciated and also disrespected is so wrong and I rather just leave it as is for my own piece of mind. Im a new mother as I said during the live, I have a newborn and my mental health to take care of my child is more important in this time instead of trying to reason with someone who doesn't want to hear me out. It’s completely falling apart that was not showed to me and the keychain is NOT authentic Louis Vuitton. Hiding the damage area and not showing it’s really junky.
