Definitely not my last order from Luxedujour❤️ Absolutely beautiful Chanel Beige Caviar medium double flap and in perfect near new condition as described! Very securely and meticulously packed. The customer service was outstanding, after a small oversight on one of the bags I purchased the situation was taken care of right away with no stress or hassle. They are committed to providing high quality bags with high customer satisfaction as the top priority! Such a great giveaway. So blessed to have won. I ordered a Chanel boy bag from them. The shipment did not require a signature and so my package was left on my front porch in the rain for hours as a result, my bag was ruined and had to be taken to a cobbler immediately to fix the damage. The cobbler had to recolor the bag and now it’s value has gone down significantly.
I tried to communicate to luxedujour to see if they can help me with the situation but all they said that it’s my fault for not requesting a shipment with signature. After checking on whatnot, the buyer can not modify shipment preferences and the seller has to do from their end. No reimbursement or help was provided to me by their management team. I have purchased from other sellers before for high end bags in this platform and they had automatically adjusted the shipments for me so I didn’t realize that it’s something that had to be requested so that might be a shortcoming on my part.
