She immediately started asking for pictures so that she could start the authenticity process. She asked if I wanted the bag authenticated or a refund. She stood on business after I told her authenticated was the route I wanted to go. Within hours I recieved the authenticated paperwork. She asked for a lot of pics and I assisted in that area. I got my COA for the bag I bought. Vintage item/project piece. It was in good condition to me. Like I stated in review I gave her I'm a customer for life. Item was described well in the show. I was pleasantly surprised once it arrived. That was actually in much better condition! Packaging was fantastic and shipping was quick- will definitely buy from the seller again!
