Thank you for your purchase x Seller failed to ship my order for 9 days after purchase. When I contacted them for an update, they attempted to blame Royal Mail, even though the tracking clearly showed only “label created” with no evidence the parcel had been handed over.
The order was not dispatched until I escalated the issue by opening a refund request through Whatnot.
This experience showed a clear lack of accountability and transparency. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this seller, as there are far more reliable and professional sellers on the platform.luxury_skincare_essexSeller
Lisa let’s be very clear and transparent as I explained in 2 messages as we had very little correspondence you parcels were dispatched 16th feb along with 49 other parcels
At no stage did you mention escalation of a refund but if you see fit by all means go ahead with the request of returning my items yet again another theiving scamming buyer on this platform.
