Please let us know how we can do better and what “free items” $0 cost to you would have satisfied you better than the $0 free items you received on this order. 😊 We would love to Hear your feedback to better satisfy you on any future orders. I received messages after I purchased from this seller telling me that I made mistakes because the seller sends counterfeit items. so I tried to cancel the order, the seller wouldn't allow this. once received I took to a beauty store to have verified. they verified some of the items and told me they were counterfeit and how I could see that on each item. after about 25/61 items I was told that I would have to pay to get more verified and I chose not to do this. I contacted the seller and told her what happened and asked how to proceed. she was then EXTREMELY rude , mean and ignorant. then tried to turn it around on me being the scammer. I am truly amazed at this. I have contacted whatnot to help with these issues. if I were you i would stay clear from this seller and her products. also, there was no packing material at all, it was so busy thrown in the box, so if it was real this would've affected that as well. some additional sellers sent me their pics as well. terrible!This is false information. I asked you to submit a refund on any item you were dissatisfied with being that you asked to cancel the order after it was shipped. You did not ask the same day allegedly claiming that you received messages from other “buyers” on the live. It saddens me that this narrative has taken a turn being that this seller has a 1 star for sending half filled bottles of high end merchandise to get a buck back. It’s listed on her pay. Anyone interested in messages can reach out and she’s banned from abusing refund policy… so misleading. They were all doops .. fake summer Fridays and fake sol de Janeiro and inside the perfume it had brown stains and was awful smelling. It was all a scam You have the wrong order. I never sold you perfumes I clearly said that on my live that I wasn’t selling any. I sold a brand new seal Gucci flora and that’s it but it wasn’t it to you. Sol de Janiero all have receipts 🧾 as well as everything else. Had you reached out I would have been more than happy to address your concerns and refund on you on any damaged merchandise. Again.. your listing products I didn’t run at all or sell to you. Make sure you have the right seller! Thanks the hair perfumes smell great. The delivery was fast and secure. She stated item came damaged however managed to put it on her skin and used it. 2 she wants a refund but refuses to show pictures of the damaged item even after being offered a refund upon providing proof. Sellers beware, do not allow this buyer to purchase from you if you don’t be to be extorted. Reached out to whatnot and buyer is unable to request refund due to abusing refund policy and abusing the rating review to get free merchandise allegedly claiming that they don’t have to send a picture in to get a refund leaving me to believe “SCAM” sold me a non authentic pair of airpods! the airpods make noises. seller told me everything was 100% authentic😢I have proof AirPods are real and buyer is clearly aware of that. After being proved wrong she still continued to say she was not deleting the review unless I refunded her. So now customer wants to keep the AirPods that supposedly make noise and also get a full blown refund on them as well without returning them. She also claimed she could not submit it through support for some odd reason. Messaged what not and once you request for too many refunds it is considered abusing refunds which is against whatnot policy. Return product before refund is absolutely required.
