Reviews (2,266)Awesome acrylic cases. Packaged well and made it safely without any issues. A+++ All items exactly as described and viewed during show. Packaging was handled with care and protective for shipping. Excellent packaging and shipping. Item was exactly as explained during purchasing. Packaged extremely well! 100% satisfied BUYERS BEWARE — I bought a "pristine" Imperial Snowtrooper with white skirt for $65 for my PC (his video sale showed it flawless). What arrived had color marks and indents on the skirt— not the figure from the video, and not one I'd EVER have bought.
He ignored my WhatNot messages and emails (I sent screenshots of the video receipt) until I joined his next live show and asked in chat. His excuse: "it's not my fault, someone else packs/ships for me." He said he had plenty of them and would make it right — return label, box, and a pristine skirted Snowtrooper. Still waiting.
That was 3+ weeks ago. He's done nothing since, despite numerous emails. I even asked him to just email me the return label and I'd pack it myself. No response.
I trusted his "I'm sorry, I'll make it right" and tried to work it out with him instead of filing right away with WhatNot for refund—my mistake. The money-back window has now closed, and now I'm selling the figure and taking a huge loss. BEWARE! Great seller with great items. Always a good experience when buying from pickerz.
