Sometimes things go sideways. I get that. But at least don’t take several days to respond, say you’ll follow up, then dont follow up. My order was missing an item - which did get refunded. 1 necklace was 2” shorter than described and another was damaged. The seller has not responded to these issues. You can always blame the damage on the post office but a herringbone necklace shipped in a bag and not a small box is asking for trouble. I sell and ship all the time so I’m not just somebody complaining. I understand what it takes. This interaction and lack of communication left much to be desired.
