I’ve purchased several items from Maddy and quality was great. I purchased 2 high ticket Alo items and after several messages whatnot finally refunded due to not receiving. I then trusted Maddy with my first commission which was done on live and commissions promised before vacation yet I’ve been ghosted for weeks and no response after both instagram and whatnot messages sent. As someone that owns several small business I don’t post reviews unless they truly warranted. Very disappointed in lack of communication and funds being sent in a timely manner. Love my Sunnies. Thank you! Shipping took 3 weeks tried to reach out but didn’t get a message back 😔 but items were great when they did get to me I’m a regular customer of Maddy. I decided to trust her with doing my first ever commission box that had 20 high value items including NWT Lululemon and Vuori. Unfortunately she sold my items on a live and then ghosted me and never paid me. I have sent many DMs on ig and whatnot but once she sold me items I never heard from her again. I tried contacting her for over a month in DMs and messages on live without success. Please be mindful of this if considering her for selling your commission items. Shipping was so fast!
