I placed my order on May 16th, by May 26th there had been no update beyond shipping label created. I reached out to Maddy to let check in and see if it was a usps issue or what. I didnt hear back from my first attempt so I messaged again the next day. Maddy let me know she didnt see my message and stated she would check in and see what was going on because all orders had gone out. This was the last time I got any response from Maddy. I reached out 3 more times in an attempt to get ANY information on the order and did not get anything in response. Now this wasn't a large or expensive order but it still cost me money and to be ignored is pretty wild to me. I filed a claim with Whatnot letting them know that the order hadnt updated beyond label created. They gave Maddy until May 8th for the item to update and be shipped. Miraculously on May 8th at 3 pm the post office accepted my package. The item has since arrived and was as advertised in great packaging.
