There were minimal flaws described on the listing but the items I received were not of minimal flaws. Pit stains, very excessive pilling, and stains on multiple items. I reached out to the seller to come to an agreement as to the issues and she was willing to work with me then last min told me to ask for the refund through whatnot. The lighting in the videos was poor and so the items shown I was unaware of the quality or cleanness of the items during the sale. The whole process was very poor and poorly handled. I don’t normally give bad reviews but when the seller isn’t willing to offer a professional level of customer service I choose to be honest. Whatnot handled the refund for the items in question. My bras arrived so quickly!!! Great prices, fast shipping, everything is clean, no complaints here! Thank you! Fits my daughter perfectly... Everything is as described.
