There were minimal flaws described on the listing but the items I received were not of minimal flaws. Pit stains, very excessive pilling, and stains on multiple items. I reached out to the seller to come to an agreement as to the issues and she was willing to work with me then last min told me to ask for the refund through whatnot. The lighting in the videos was poor and so the items shown I was unaware of the quality or cleanness of the items during the sale. The whole process was very poor and poorly handled. I don’t normally give bad reviews but when the seller isn’t willing to offer a professional level of customer service I choose to be honest. Whatnot handled the refund for the items in question. Thanks for expressing your concerns. All item flaws were disclosed in the video I point out all flaws as I’m showing the bras. I was willing to offer you compensation until I seen you already received the refund through whatnot and realized double compensation wasn’t necessary. Sorry you were not pleased with your experience with me I try my best to make sure every customer is satisfied. My bras arrived so quickly!!!
