I messaged her and she didn’t answer so I messaged her again. There was ZERO attempt to make it right. Her response was it must have happened during shipping. I went back and watched the video receipt and she says the paper I bought was at the bottom of a tote hidden somewhere. I think she just didn’t care. She still hasn’t gotten back to me which is the only reason I’m writing this review, more than a month after my purchase. I was hoping she’d help me in some way but she couldn’t have cared less. Seriously!? You never stated you wanted a refund for this "moldy" item! You also stated the actual product was fine and still able to be used. Also, if it was indeed mold, there would be more than a tiny speck of mold. The entire box, including the inside contents would be moldy as well. I didn't respond to the last message because there was nothing to respond to! If you wanted a refund, then you request a refund, not just hope I can read your mind! Your petty review because I didn't respond to a message that didn't need a response is absolutely ridiculous! Once again, I LOVE my purchases! 🎃🖤 As always, everything arrived perfect and did not disappoint.
