Majority of Items are expired or out of expiration date from what not 3 yr expiration rule. I messaged the seller prior to shipping and stressed to please check all expiration dates prior to shipping. Since prior order had expired items. I took into consideration that she was a new seller and let it slide. So I decided to message her prior to her shipping and explained and stressed since I purchased a large amount of items to please double check the expiration. I even explained if they are expired. I’m more than happy to have item canceled or replaced with a better expiration date item. At that moment had the opportunity to cancel the items or replace it with the item with an appropriate expiration date. She still chose to mail all expired items. I sent her several messages regarding expired items received. Expressing how disappointed I was. !!!Seller blocked me!!!This was an unfortunate review from a buyer who claimed to have received expired products the first time and then somehow still took it upon themselves to come back to another show and purchase $300 worth of products, many high-end products, and subsequently was refunded by WhatNot based on her allegations. She refused to return the products or provide any actual pictures of the product she claimed or expired on the first purchase and then on the purchases she made weeks after. Then compare her own review which she gave after the first show she purchased from. As a buyer on this platform as well, if I know a seller is selling, expired or bogus products, I wouldn’t return a second time and spend any additional money. She refused to return the products or work towards a mutually beneficial resolution. I can understand, buyers, remorse, which is why it is clearly written on my item descriptions to buy responsibly.
