I won a choice in a show and wasn't present to choose. per the video receipt, the host said I would get a photo messaged of choices. I only discovered this weeks later when I was checking purchase arrival dates. There was a tracking number, but never shipped. I messaged them multiple days in a row and then had to message in a show. They did give me choices and I picked. The bag was shipped and packaged in excellent condition. I never got an updated tracking number or any further communication, although I asked to be sent the new tracking info. I know that people get busy, but their communication was consistently bad. It also took over a month to get my order. Thank you for your review. It is very important for buyers to be in the stream to select their bags. I don’t see this as a sellers issue. In our show notes it states that if you win a choice and are not present we will send whatever bag is available. If you were in our live you would have selected and it would have been shipped out right away. Even with you not being present we still reached out and made sure you got plenty of choices and got exactly what you wanted. I call that a 10 star review.
