All items are shipped in a padded envelope with a plastic bubble wrap liner. On top of that the items are packaged in a separate interior envelope. The only items shipped in a standard paper envelope are give aways. You stated that the packages was cut open and your items missing. I also told you that all items are insured and how to get a refund. After that you became nasty and made threats about a bad review. Please find somewhere else to shop. You are not welcome.
