Thank you girl I love your shows and will definitely be purchasing again 🙏🏼 What an absolutely gorgeous crossbody that is in mint condition!! Love love! Fast shipping & a pleasure to shop with ❤️ Absolutely gorgeous bag!!! The perfect Christmas gift!!! Fast shipping. Seller sells amazing vintage bags in great condition & is always a pleasure to watch. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. I purchased two eyeshadow palettes from this seller. One arrived perfectly fine, while the other arrived broken. Rather than simply resolving a $1.06 issue, the seller initially attempted to negotiate a discount on a future purchase instead of issuing a refund. After finally refunding me, she became unnecessarily defensive, calling the idea of intentionally damaging the product "ridiculous," despite the fact that I NEVER accused her of doing anything of the sort. I simply reported that an item arrived damaged. I understand things happen during shipping, especially with fragile makeup, but the way a seller handles these situations speaks volumes. Bringing up how a refund would negatively affect her account and making defensive comments over $1.06 was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. While one palette arrived in good condition, the customer service experience has made me hesitant to purchase again. Love this seller!! Packaged so nicely! Love them so much! Packaging was amazing! So neat and clean and love the note she gave me!!!! Beautiful & tag you for the followers gift. Fast shipping. Love my TJ bag, it’s the cutest 💜 Love this seller, she is great Didn't list all imperfections. Bag had many stains and bottom was stained a lot from a liquid. Will have to spend money to get cleaned. Sweetest seller 💖 LOVE my wristlet and tysm for the givey 🦋 /users%2F15758365%2Fstore%2F04af9986-353a-402a-90b3-7f135f376ea9.jpeg)
