There were items missing from my order. When I brought this up to the seller, I first thought that she had sent me another package by mistake. At the time, I was very new to WhatsApp and didn’t know how to even check that it hadn’t been delivered yet. When the package did arrive, there were three items missing. I contacted @manisbargains and told her and she didn’t want to believe me. The only response I got was a tersely written message saying that she had packed the box and she had packed everything in it and then she asked for pictures of what she had sent. Immediately sent her pictures and she has not responded. At. All. All of this over $6 worth of stuff. If I had wanted to scam someone, I would’ve done a better job. I typically support people, especially women, in business. But not people who don’t want to do their job. I think the fact that it took so long to send this also added to this issue. Love all the makeup I got for an awesome price!! Look I contemplated whether or not to leave this review but, hopefully this helps you learn from errors. I’ve been a seller for over 15 years. If you are gonna ship lots of glass, like you did in my order, pack it properly. A few sheets of papers and some stained pillows with an awful smell wasn’t gonna cut it. Most of them arrived shattered. Also, if you are gonna sell items that are preloved, inform people what they’re buying. You are a nice person and I wish you the best. Super nice people but the Morphe pallet came completely broken and got on everything Amazing seller great products and great prices will definitely shop again 5 out of 5.
