Thank you so much I hope you enjoyed your items :)! all my chocolate was melted, some of it tasted old. was charged for 2 separate shipping fees yet all was shipped in one box, crammed in there. not a happy camper! took forever to get to me! Last time I'll order from Manny Apologies if you had a bad experience it’s a risk purchasing candy around these times all chocolate sat in fridge before hand after that it’s in usps control, however I would report that to whatnot as you should have not been charged twice for shipping fees unless it was up to $9.21 payed in total that is the max shipping I don’t charge any one more or less and if orders do not fit into one box we whatnot sellers pay for extra labels. Item was not available to pick up at time agreed upon,did not receive item.Hey Suzie sorry you had a bad experience but the box I had put in for you has been sitting my pickup box since the show I have names written on all packages and it now put back inside my house if you would like to pickup still let me know thank you! I sent a message about a missing item and you didn’t help so I had to escalate it. Then I got stuff that you didn’t show the back of and it’s all scratched up so bad. Leaking shampoo. Stickers on items that don’t match the videos so hard to keep track for me to look up. This isn’t the way to get repeat customers.’Apologies sometimes I don’t get a notification and Some items are bundled and one my shows didn’t contain not every seller does stickers on here but I do have it organized on when I did that show so their wouldn’t be any issues.
