Reviews (1,574)Card arrived safe and sound! fast shipping and came in top loader. very pleased! LOVE my Eevee Pokeball!!!!! Very kind and great prices! 10/10 Thank you guys so much! Poorly packaged card was delivered heavily damaged If your card was damaged despite being protected by a rigid top loader, USPS must have handled the envelope extremely poorly. We went above standard packaging practices, using a penny sleeve, top loader, sturdy cardstock mailer, and protective envelope. We spent nearly 50% of your $2 purchase on packaging alone.
We took every reasonable precaution to protect your card. Receiving a negative review for damage apparently caused by USPS seems unfair. We respectfully ask that you reconsider your review, as we fulfilled our responsibility and cannot control how USPS handles shipments.
