But NOTHING came as described. The kids costume was NOT NWT. It was falling apart when I opened it and obviously used! The Atlantis queen was missing the wreath crown! I'm sorry to hear this, non of the items unless stated have been used. I hope we can reconcile the mishap. all the items on what not are affordable because they are unused returns, out of website inventory or missing a piece.
