Definitely the male person’s fault.PWE shipping is not tracked and the "delivered" is an estimate of how many days it typically it would take to travel so far. PWE shipping can take much longer than tracked shipping. I apologize for USPS making a mistake but after the package is dropped off I no longer have control of anything. Please consider that when leaving someone a review as this is my only low review in the hundreds of orders I've sent out. Great streams, great cards, great community!!
