I'll see you again soon!! he will no doubt repond to the negative reviews with some b.s. reponse filled with untruths to make the buyer out to be the bad guy. just look at his reviews and don't buy gold/silver or breakable items from him. i hate giving bad reviews but he asked for it. see my other review to see why. buyer beware well i have had it with this seller. he doesn't tell the truth and he leads you on and on and on. I won a $500 gold ring from him for $150 along with several other items in the same auction. for some reason he printed a separate label for the ring and it never got shipped. i received the other items. he told me it was shipped but tracking showed post office never received it. after 5 weeks and after tracking info was deleted from USPS. i asked for refund and left negative feedback. he was furious with me. i agreed to remove feedback because he said he would send me another gold ring. another month has passed and no replacement ring. here is his quote from our messages. I have no problem giving you another ring as I stated. With that said I would ask that you go remove those reviews. If you don’t get the ring then you can bash me as at that point it would be warranted. also his packaging is terrible for breakable items. my Roseville pottery and glass lamps were destroyed, poor packing.mastermindcollectiblesSeller
First and foremost I apologize for the whole ring ordeal. That is 100% on us. We have not came across another size 8 gold ring yet that’s why you haven’t gotten another one. However we did refund you 100% of the money back when this issue originally happened. Even with these reviews you left us we will still be sending you a gold ring once we come across one that’s the right size. On the breakables we did everything we could to insure those items didn’t get damaged. USPS is horrible about the way packages get handled. Once you messaged us about these two items we refunded you right away. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Seller sold me fake gold, they lied about the mark on the ring during the sale, it was obviously marked plated they claimed it was marked 14k, then to make it worse when I returned their junk ring they tried to claim the box arrived empty, absolute liars BUYER BEWARE!!!!!mastermindcollectiblesSeller
This is not true at all as we stated in our messages with you and also whatnot. You purchased jewelry from one of our live unboxing shows. None of these boxes are searched before hand. In our show notes we stat all jewelry is sold as costume jewelry as we cannot guarantee any of it as our first time seeing any of it is also the buyers first time seeing it. When you reached out to us I approved your return as I figured you did not read the show notes. As for the empty box you saw the video and photos of us opening it and it was empty. USPS attached a note stating the box was opened as you saw gorgeous sterling rings! thank you for everything! highly recommend. Really good seller! He has such variety and awesome items!
