In the stream, I kindly asked her to use a top loader for my card and she said she will.
I waited a 5 days without her shipping my order and I messaged her and asked, why is it taking so long for my order to be shipped and mind you that on her account it says it takes typically 2 days for her to ship orders.
She messaged me on Monday and said that my order will be shipped on Tuesday and Tuesday went by and on Wednesday my order was finally shipped. When I checked her account SHE BLOCKED ME FOR NO REASON.
I received my order today without a top loader and my card has arrived damaged and creased.
So I would like to be reimbursed for my $120 card.

There was an unexpected delay in shipping, which we apologised for and communicated throughout multiple occasions. We also want to clarify that all valuable cards pulled during our streams are shipped in penny sleeves and top loaders.
As for being blocked, it was not without reason. We do not tolerate harassment, abusive behaviour, or personal insults towards our team.
