Before you ship it, I’ll ask you to send photos so I can verify its condition. Once I receive the knife, I’ll sharpen it, Bin the sharpening service and notify you that’s it’s ready to ship back to you. I take pride in my work and will complete your knife as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality you expect.Sharpening Information• My preferred edge angle is 17° per side.• Premium steels are finished to 3,000 grit for a refined, razor-sharp edge.•Budget steels generally perform better with a toothier finish, so I stop those at 800 grit.
