Reviews (3,462)This second shipping was totally fine. She has fabulous items. But I'm not comfortable supporting & purchasing from this auction going forward. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience.She gave away one of my purchases & told me to choose anything from the shop. I was happy she was doing her best to fix her error. There was one of similar color but 1/2 the size, too small for my couch. I found out later its what she expected me to choose.I chose one I thought might match and was long enough. She seemed cool & said she also forgot to add in my gift(still missing) That night she threw herself under the bus during her show. I hadn't intended on saying anything but she nervously blurted out the story. I bought a few more blankets to gift in hopes it would help her with shipping cost and her loss. Next day she said she didn't want to pay shipping as I had only paid $10 for the lost one and now it's $15 (for2#?) so she would rather refund $10. You'll refund shipping only? I'll pay $5. She said, it's not the $5.You chose a style that can sell for a lot. She sent it but not without a passive aggressive struggle. Lesson learned! Mav in so happy I stumbled on to your shows. You have the most beautiful pieces and I am so happy with the pillow sham and embroidered apron! They were perfect and ready to give or sell - also got them super fast so thank you , thank you, thank you!! I will be back for sure! So cute!
