Thanks so much! did not receive 8 out of the 10 cases I ordered on sept 24th. I gave them plenty of time to send items and make it right but constantly ghosted. when i put in a refund request they are now saying the items were sent and delievered. Its really sad because the sellers on the screen seem so nice but whoeever packs and sends out orders is ruining this whole page. Everytime their live I want to order more but told myself to wait till problem is resolved. I guess ill never buy from them again. Hi there, sorry about the confusion. We have looked into you order we pretty sure that we sent out all packages. We normally take very serious about missing orders especially it’s a large missing. Again I m very sorry about the inconvenience. unfortunately the pineapple bear that I won arrived with a hole but thank you so much Thanks for givyyy! Fav show! I LOVE this seller- but how they handled my last order is why i won’t be back. My last order contained 2 cases of jumbos (12 pieces total) - packaging was fine but as I opened them to inspect them they all were either dirty, leaking, or had holes in the seals on the bottom & about to leak. I know that’s probably a manufacturing issue- but being offered only a partial refund of $12 & $15 when I spent $36 & $55 was extremely disheartening especially having spent well over $500 in this show. As a seller myself, I inspect everything before I ship & if a buyer ever has an issue & submits a support request I refund immediately & submit a claim via USPS (who covers the cost more times than not as lots of issues can happen in transit) I understand sellers have to make money but buyers shouldn’t have to eat the cost of your negligence. I really wish the customer service was better, this whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth. Also still missing 1 crunchy cow from the case of 12 I ordered. Some of the boxes were smushed and some of the items were loose but I did have a big order every thing was in good shape except one box was completely broken only box item was ok
