First time purchasing from this shop. All 8 items purchased were shipped & delivered in timely manner. I’m excited to start using my items & planning to make it to more lives to purchase more from this shop. I am so pleased with all of my items so many different things in the box for only $5!!!
Items were exactly as shown in the live, well packaged, and arrived as predicted. Thank you!!!! Horrible experience. Ordered April 5th. Asked her several times for a refund because she did not ship my order until April 15th. She made every excuse you can imagine about usps being closed and she couldn’t ship it. She even went as far as telling me she already shipped it and I literally called and they had never received a package to be shipped at that time. The eye shadow dust is used. The Jeffree Star is broken because it wasn’t wrapped. All just thrown in a box and left to be destroyed. Never ever again!! I’m sorry for the inconvenience this caused. I can assure you that you only asked for a refund once and I told you the reasoning of why the package couldn’t be shipped. I put the products in a padded envelope and it usually doesn’t have any problems. When you asked for a refund ups already picked up the packages just didn’t scan them im guessing. If you want to send me a message id like to make this right. Usually I don’t have this problem with shipping or damaged product.
