It wasn’t until after that I noticed I was blocked before I even gave them an accurate review. What poor way to handle something that could have very well been an accident, but the way they handled customer service while selling poor quality items should give all cause for concern.
You were not blocked because of this review. You were blocked before it was posted, after multiple support claims, refunds, and repeated disrespect. Before we had even responded, you were already calling us “lazy.” We ship thousands of orders using the same consistent process: every package is securely sealed, scanned, and handed directly to USPS. We addressed your concerns and refunded the orders, but after the repeated claims, false accusations, and insults before we even had a chance to respond, we chose to end the customer relationship. Very disappointing. Package was not secured properly so many items were missing. One of the dresses was completely torn and after watching video receipt, you can see where the person showing dress puts their hand in hole, flips it over quickly and continues the sale without calling out defect. I always wondered why the seller ignores chats requests for naming brands and rushes through sales with active questions in chat, should have trusted gut. The customer service experience was also lacking. They never apologized- first they tried turning it over to WN support and when I followed up on service request, they took a dismissive tone to let me know they already sent refund ( and still never apologized for experience). The lack of accountability is why I cannot in good faith spend my hard earned money with this seller again. 😮💨🥺 ps this is my first negative review in years on the app.A lot of context is missing here.
