Reviews (29)Buyer beware! I bought a 3D printed item that came damaged, and getting the seller to do anything about it was like pulling teeth. She seems to think that by ignoring customer issues, they will disappear. After days of asking her for an update, she said she would replace the item. Nearly 2 weeks has gone by with no communication from the seller, and a replacement has not shown up. Of course she didn't respond to the Whatnot case opened against her, so I finally got a refund. This is not the first thing I've received from this seller, she takes forever to ship and always claims it's because she's not feeling well. I was also supposed to get coasters as a giveaway but instead was sent poor quality stickers she printed at home. I hate leaving a bad review, and I really tried to support her, but the unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Beautiful items, my only problem was I never received the base for my rose. The seller said they were sending it but it never got here. nice peice, quick shipping Awesome products and awesome seller. Wonderful car coasters 💖💖💖 Everything came out beautiful and well packaged.
