I have requested information from yourself yet I have had no reply. You are also been expecting a replacement, however, I will not be sending this out until I get the response. Seeing as you have ignored my request I sent over2 weeks ago, I can only assume you are upset with something else or you are a competitor. This is a shame and I feel very sad at reviews like this as I am just one person. I am not a large company. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase. These are genuine products and it is down to the buyer to be aware of sizing. The tracksuit is stated as a medium on its tag. I wish you had of messaged me directly to rectify. Unfortunately I am unable to do anything for you now.
Regarding the scarves, I can assure you the scarves are real. I can only suggest you take it to a Burberry shop to authenticate. Or you could Google Burberry history to see how real they are.
