We did refund you for the damaged item. Everything wasn’t damaged, just the package. I do have the screenshots saying where you said it was a postal service issue where they threw the package in your yard. After speaking with your local post office, they stated it was clearly an animal that got the package because postal service protocol is to attach stickers and a form to damaged packages. I still refunded you for the 1 product that was damaged & didn’t feel comfortable with selling anything else after that since that refund came out of my pocket & was 100% out of my control.
