Great seller. great items 🫶❤️ Items were eventually received, but the overall experience was very poor. Shipping was significantly delayed, and I was told the order had shipped when it had not—only a label had been created.
When I reached out, communication became unprofessional and accusatory rather than helpful. I was also blocked, which made resolving the issue more difficult.
While the items themselves were as described, the lack of transparency and the way this situation was handled were unacceptable. I would not purchase from this seller again and would advise other buyers to proceed with caution.I regret that you felt compelled to leave a negative review after attempting to retain all the items for free. You were aware that it was my first show and that you obtained premium items at a significantly reduced price. Three days later, you initiated private messaging with me, demanding the items. You are aware that even the platform “Whatnot” states that it may take up to 14 days to process such requests. However, I am pleased that “Whatnot” takes good care of sellers. I hope that you obtained the items for free, I did not receive a chargeback, which is fortunate. Hope karma won’t get you! tysm for all my gently used pre loved items. great prices!
