Items sent were the exact size and product that was bid on and purchased during the show. Accuracy was 100%, as it was the same exact product that was bid on. As a seller I can only show the exact product that is up for auction and ship the item that was purchased. Unfortunately this is an instance where the seller is punished with a poor rating due to buyer misperception. Regardless, I wish you well…and happy shopping! Majority of items are from the dollar store, title states “full sized products” at least half of them are travel sized!! My apologies that you are clearly unhappy with your purchase. Your items were shipped on the next business day from the purchase date, which is faster than required. Packaging was also done with care. These two items on the review should have been above par. As far as your items, you purchased 10 mystery items for $20. You received more than 20 to account for sizing and out of generosity. In the future if you are unhappy with a purchase, I suggest reaching out to the seller before rating. I wish you the best with your future purchases!
