If it was a free giveaway they go out in pwe envelopes without tracking until delivered. Unfortunately I have no control over what happens with it once I drop orders off at the post office. Whatnot has amazing customer support as far at refunds if needed. Sorry you had some bad luck. Once the USPS has the package it’s kind of out of my hands. All free giveaway singles or stickers are shipped in PWE envelopes. If you hop into one of my lives and end up making a purchase or win a free giveaway I’d be more than happy to throw a few extra singles in with them to make up for it. Amazing deals and value!
