Barely any bubble wrap and sphere in conrack wirh raw stones. Seller advised they would replace it the following week then the shop showed as "on holiday" ever since. disappointing as everything else I've had has been amazing. Super crystals for amazing prices. Normally, I would reach out to the seller to query this, and to provide an opportunity for the seller to rectify any possible issues, however, given that I have other family members still awaiting a response with a previous issue (broken pink agate wind chime) dating back to the 18th and 26th April (which the seller acknowledged as having received / read their messages during the live), I feel that I am not going to receive a response and this issue will never be resolved. In this instance, I have accepted this order for what it is. To the seller’s credit, these items were beautifully packaged and were shipped out really quickly, just a shame that I didn’t get what I purchased.
