Will shop here again thing you ❤️I’m glad you loved your plants. Thank you so much for your 5 star review. The silk you are referring to is poly-fil. I understand your frustration with the Poly-fil but if we skip that process, it increases the likelihood of the plants to move around within the paper safety cone we protect them with. So if the package gets tossed around or mishandled, it may cause damage. I’ve seen shredded paper being used as another option but even that is also a bit difficult to remove off of a cactus. We are open to suggestions and will continue to research to find the best method to safely transport them. I am so happy with my purchase. I received my plants very quickly and the packaging was in excellent condition. I would rate them a 10+ if I could and will definitely keep buying from this seller.
