No returns or refunds, thank you.) Photos clearly show level of fluid in the bottle. Tape and zip lock bag were to prevent leakage during shipping. Mary Kay distributor lots are generally used for shows. This was not a NEW / UNUSED bottle. Before placing bids please ask clarifying questions if it isn't stated clearly enough for you, most sellers (myself included) would be happy to answer questions. This was my first purchase on this app and the seller was great. She went above and beyond. Will definitely purchase from her again! Came fast and undamaged! Very kind seller, too.
