Hello Nancy, sorry you feel this way about the Patricia Nash crossbody you received for an amazing price($11😏 yas queen). All bags are shown during live and able to rewatch in video receipts. Any & all callouts are always made known so buyers are aware of what they are purchasing. Looking back at your order, the purse was preloved with normal wear on a light grey leather bag. Feel free to message us if you ever have any problems with your order. I could have offered a partial refund but now.. NO SOUP FOR YOU 🥣🚫 Great bag and Host michellecollectsllcSeller
Thank you so much Debbie 🫶🏻🫶🏻 The outside of bag is nice but there is heavy marker and pen marks on inside pocket.michellecollectsllcSeller
Hello Cathy, the bag was shown multiple times during the live. Pens marks were shown. Even after you won the bag you asked to see it again, and I showed the entire purse over again. Would have loved for you to of message me and discuss this rather than leaving this review. As a seller on this platform I would expect you to be aware of how reviews affect us as sellers. So I’m reviewing this experience with you an overall 2 as well. 🫡 fast delivery! 🔥🔥🔥gorgeous bag!michellecollectsllcSeller
