I reached out to the seller because I didn’t receive the right “filler bag” Sellers response was “I must’ve gotten confused. Buy another spot at my next show and I’ll send the right one”. When I said that was unacceptable their response was “lol okay princess. I’ll get another label from what not for you”. The bag i received was worse than what they were supposed to send from the show with a less than $0.25 value with a hole.
The seller had no intention to make my purchase right, ever and seems like it was on purpose to me also speaking to me very condescendingly. I guess I’m lucky I received my loungefly also based on other reviews. It is too bad I couldn’t leave a better review because I was really excited I won the bag. Love my cute bag givvy!
