When I reached out him he said oh my bad the listing was created by AI - bullshit! And when I ask him for return he said to work with Whatnot support and the “mighty” support team of whatnot said they cannot help.Just to clarify… nowhere in the title or description was this listed as a Pokémon Center ETB. The buyer received the sealed Chaos Rising ETB that was actually listed.
A Pokémon Center version is a different product and would have been priced considerably higher.
When a return was requested (well after the item was delivered) I directed the buyer to Whatnot Support.
Once a sealed collectible leaves my possession and is delivered, I can no longer verify that it has remained unopened or in the same condition it was shipped. I stand by what was listed and sent.
