Thank you so much! the item was listed as brand new. it was clearly not beand new. the box was taped shut and missing the new item paperwork like instructions, warranty, and recipes that were noted on the box. I might not have purchased if it been correctly listed as lightly used or new damaged box may be missing pieces. the shipping photo was just a black photo too and the box it was shipped inside was damaged. It does function though and does not appear to be damaged It was great quality. It arrived sooner than I thought.
