Thank you so much! the item was listed as brand new. it was clearly not beand new. the box was taped shut and missing the new item paperwork like instructions, warranty, and recipes that were noted on the box. I might not have purchased if it been correctly listed as lightly used or new damaged box may be missing pieces. the shipping photo was just a black photo too and the box it was shipped inside was damaged. It does function though and does not appear to be damaged If you talk with me first before you send a review then I and support could have helped you also that item had everything with it when I sent it aswell cause I made sure also I get in all kinds of stuff on pallets its resell as you said the item itself was just fine you should expect resell to not be as is in a store and that item was never used at all just cause a box is out of shape doesn't mean the item isn't new the pop corn machine would of had to pop popcorn before if it had been used this is why you got it from 36$ instead of 50+ as it's regular price and it was open so I could chec it It was great quality. It arrived sooner than I thought.
