Was under the impression the top loaders came with cards for protection cards were in top loader hard sleeves when I bought the cards but received them in no top loader. Would have been nice to know that. Some of the cards look bent due to not being in hard sleeves as they were advertised when I bought them Sorry you were disappointed, but I do want to clarify that top loaders are not included as part of the purchase unless specifically stated. I’ve completed over 4,000 orders and have consistently shipped lower-value cards this same way while keeping higher-value cards in top loaders. This is the first complaint I’ve received regarding it. If any cards were actually damaged or bent during shipping, I wish you would have reached out to me directly first so I could have addressed it with you.
