The cashew brittle tastes great but is so so so hard. None of us could bite into it. Even smashing it and trying to suck on the littler pieces it’s just too hard. I’m so sorry about the cashew brittle , I have no idea what you are talking about being hard , brittle is a hard candy. I have never had anyone says that my brittle was to hard to bite into . The peanut butter brittle that you mentioned was a softer brittle which is in my notes when selling it . Also how can you give me a 5 star on package but a low star ⭐️ rating on delivery? We as sellers (as you know because you yourself are a seller) know that we have no control over shipping. I also had in my notes that due to weather shipping could be delayed.
