The box came in mangled! USPS must have thrown it behind the truck and dragged it to my house! However, Mindy wrapped each plant with such care everything was perfectly safe! Plants looked amazing! Thank you for a great order!
omg no wonder it took forever to get to you. I'm sorry. thank you so much 💓 Withered, dead, missing, melted leaves with mold growing in the box, on the plants, and in the wrappings. Plants were dropped in the box and shipped with no protection. I'm sorry such a bad experience, you got fresh begonia cuttings and we threw in extra. you should have messaged me before such a bad review. not sure what was missing since we sent extra. All my little guys arrived safe and sound. Thanks so much!! To Absolutely No Fault of her own. The postal service had my package going in complete circles. She reached out to me apologizing and keeping track. I felt very respected and felt she truly cared. Will definitely order from her anytime.
