The bottle of coco mademoiselle chanel is 100% fake. Stickers are not even put on right and the label is literally faded. We strive for excellence, and I wish u could have messaged us first to discuss these details and resolve the issue. We want to clarify that we do take this seriously - Issues like label fading or sticker placement can sometimes occur due to handling or storage, shipment. Making such a heavy claim publicly without prior communication is disappointing, but we still committed to professionalism. It is unfair to tarnish the reputation of a small business with such accusations without reaching out to us first, this shows disrespectful & shows what kind of a person u are. The item arrived with multiple stains and was missing a ribbon. The seller stated the stains would come out in the wash, which they will not, and also claimed the design only included one ribbon when it actually has two—I even provided the stock photo as proof. These issues should have been clearly disclosed during the show. There was also no apology offered for the condition of the item. Sadly, I will not be returning to this seller’s shows.Regarding the Target clothing pallets, everything was clearly shown during the live. If anything is unclear, customers are always welcome to ask questions during the live or message us to clarify before purchase. This issue has already been addressed with a solution and was added a lot of freebies on her package as a goodwill gesture. Every effort was made to be fair, transparent and accommodating.
