This buyer has repeatedly claimed that items were not received and then requested refunds, while the merchandise and additional items appear to have been kept. She has also placed bids and later requested cancellations, citing medical expenses, while continuing to make purchases across multiple live shows.
I have documented the transactions, tracking, messages, and refund activity and have reported the harassment through the appropriate channels.

Mint has always been professional, transparent, and fair in my experience. Shipping issues and automatic refunds can happen, and I don’t think it’s fair to immediately label a seller a “scammer” over a situation involving a delivery that was refunded by Whatnot.
I’ve personally seen how much effort Mint puts into her business and her customers. She deserves to have her side heard before people make serious accusations that could damage someone’s reputation and livelihood.

Keep doing what you’re doing, Mint. Your real customers know your character. ❤️ Be careful, she is a scammer. I paid for a Ripple and the Squishtal ball from the funky frights opening. She sent me way cheaper items (gravestone and a dumpling, neither of which i wanted) and when I told her, she apologized and said she would not send it to me unless I order more from her, then she would include it in my package. She did NOT include it in my package, lied and said she did, then eventually admitted she was angry I received a refund for a previous item so now I dont get the items i paid for. The refund was for an order which was placed August 1st, and was lost in the mail. I requested a shipping update and whatnot automatically issued a refund for it after it had been 16 days past the delivery standard (August 10) and not moved. She then accused me of ripping her off by receiving the refund and blocked me. So she scammed me and openly admitted to it. Very disappointed as I used to like this seller but this is the 3rd and final issue I’ve had. Be careful!Calling me a “scammer” because Whatnot automatically refunded an order after its delivery window is simply false.
