Reviews (789)Package was not sent for a while but that wasn't my issue and before she comes for me like she's done with multiple people, I am not a givvy goblin. I entered a single giveaway and what I received was very disheartening. She did mention that if I did not buy anything, I wouldn't be receiving a plant but low and behold what I received was a succulent sent in a regular mailing envelope (for a regular letter). There was no protection for the plant and soil was EVERYWHERE! Not very professional. Buyer beware. Never replaced damaged plants where she packed too much in a small box then blocked me so she wouldn’t have to. Spoke to me like I was beneath her just for asking about them.
Showed her true colors by lying and ripping me off not to mention talking to a customer like trash! hoya arrived beautiful and healthy! Every plant was damaged and I provided photos of every single one the day they arrived.
Seller said they would replace all damaged plants but took forever to just replace one. One plant was just a cup of dirt with no plant at all and the rest were ALL damaged from packing too much in one small box!
I’ve been nice and patient but all I got was literally told off by seller in which I can also prove! Being nice and patient evidently doesn’t work on all people! I’ve ordered from other sellers with no problems at all and none of their plants were damaged and they deserved their 5 star ratings and she would’ve received the same if she would’ve kept her word on replacing or at least refunding….. but she didn’t!
I demand a refund since she’s took so long and for the fact she lied about replacing them and took her time probably so I wouldn’t be able to submit this issue after 30 days. Hopefully others will be cautious before making any purchases from this seller!
Sad it had to come to this! She forgot 3 plants that I ordered, but she put it on the tracking number. She did sent it on on a tracking number but received dried leave cutting of adonsonii and a mess up plants. She even forgot to the the syngonium. Givey win, got candy and stickers Thanks for the givey. I know I was a first time viewer of the show and never bought anything. I am glad you sent a Anemone Succulent. it will be very pretty when it recovers from shipping. it is my first one of these that I have. Thanks and keep up the great work. thanks for the giveaway!! The willow tree is gorgeous, the watermelon pep is very pretty, sadly the dumb cane and c blue did not travel well as the were bare root in "stuffing" and didn't have wet paper around them so they dried out. Delay in shipping and warm weather did not help. Contacted seller but didn't get a resolution. Thank you, love them all! My plant went through hell to get to me. Poor thing got to TX and then was routed to MN for some strange reason. USPS messed up horribly. After contracting USPS the package arrived crushed and horribly damaged. Thankfully the seller packaged the plant well. My plant came with only minimal damage to the leaf, it did spend 4 extra days in a box. Seller was extremely responsive to my inquiries. I will never give a bad review for Bad USPS. Thank you for the plant, she beautiful and should recover nicely. Only receive two plants in the box Could not be more please with this Seller. Great customer service... Nice, healthy plant. Also thank you for the givvy♥️♥️♥️🌿🌿🌿 What I ordered and what I received were 2 totally different things, this don’t even look like a cutting. It looks like you all just cut off a leaf and stuck it in some moss and mailed it to me…. I will never order from you again I am extremely disappointed with the seller and the products. My first order was completely butchered and missing items. I messaged her and gave her the chance to fix it, was given excuses and told she would right the wrong. Never did, never mailed my second order. I ordered on 4/23 and on 5/20 I finally asked what not for a refund. There is no excuse for this level of terrible service. No amount of health issues to excuse this behavior. Honestly I am shocked she is still allowed to sell after seeing how many others are having the same issues. The plants that did arrive were dead and crumbled up into a shipping box. Overall save your money and buy from someone else. The only people that leave good reviews are the 5-10 people she is nice to on lives and clearly mails their packages on time. She was the first buyer I ever bought from on what not and what a mistake that one. Overall do not buy from her, do not believe anything she says, and go shop from someone else! Plants are both in poor condition and soil was completely dry in the one and moss completely dry in other. I had read so may great reviews but compared to other sellers I was very disappointed. do not buy from her! I got my order in the mail finally after almost a month of waiting. secondly I bought three different monsteras from her and didn't receive but one and it was chopped off to the base. so I didnt get the other two and then she sent me two of the wrong plants and they were dead. I messaged her about it was gonna send these back to her that I didn't order and she said she refunded it. I still ain't got it. and she blocked me and refused to send me the plants I bought even tho I told her I would send these back and I didn't want a refund I just wanted the plants that I ordered. she's unwilling to even fix the problem even with me not wanting a refund and understanding that accidents happen when you have a lot of orders.
