I hate leaving a bad review and I know the Post Office gets blamed for many breaks, but this seller used ZERO bubble wrap for all the glass pieces purchased. Seller wanted me to mail her the broken pieces back as she was filing a claim against the Postal Service- are you kidding me? Looks like I am not the same buyer this has happened too, a waste of my time buying, unpacking and hauling out a box load of broken glass.
Thank you Beautiful item. ❤️ I ordered many items mostly glass except 1 box. The only thing that I didn’t receive in shards of broken glass was syrup bottle. The jewelry box had 2 big tears that weren’t shown only described as dusty. Some items were wrapped with old used deflated bubble wrap and some came not wrapped at all. 26 pounds of glassware in 1 box with heavy pieces on top of lighter pieces!!! New seller so I contacted them first but are in denial even after photos were sent. All items were received the car. She didn’t say it was missing a lot of parts off of it.
