She goes over and beyond getting her supplies and making sure they are legit! I received not one, but three counterfeit perfumes. I understand that mistakes can happen as a seller, but how the situation is handled makes all the difference—and this was not handled well. I was refused a refund unless I returned the items first. While I can somewhat understand that, it required me to trust that I wouldn’t be blocked or ignored once the items were received. I also had to pay for my own return shipping, which put me about $18 out of pocket between the USPS label and the original Whatnot shipping I had already paid. For one of the perfumes, I was told to “take it up with Whatnot” for a refund.. instead of the seller taking responsibility. The whole situation was really disappointing. As customers, we put a lot of trust in sellers, especially with fragrances where authenticity matters. This experience lacked accountability, communication, and basic customer care. I would not purchase again.
